Services and Fees
Gold Country Appraisals invests in state-of-the-art appraisal products so we can offer you professional, comprehensive and accurate appraisal reports. Our online ordering and payment processing makes it easy to conduct safe and secure business transactions. We will even send you a customized report electronically so you can access it anytime (hard copy reports are available upon request for no additional charge). We are available for appointments seven days a week and offer friendly and professional customer service. Currently we serve Calaveras, El Dorado, Placer, and Sacramento counties in northern California.
Good Neighbor Discount Program
As local business owners, Gold Country Appraisals is committed to helping those within our community. With that in mind, we have created the Good Neighbor Discount Program*. We offer a discount to first-time home buyers, active duty military, retired veterans, individuals who are refinancing to save their home from foreclosure, and qualified individuals and families with a combined household income of less than $50,000 annually. Income must be verified and submitted by lender upon appraisal request. Discount is applied towards initial appraisal only. Additional services requested are subject to standard rates, including, but not limited to, rush requests.
