Rich Pember

Rich Pember is a certified residential appraiser (FHA-approved) with a geographical focus in Northern California since 2003. Rich currently holds the position of Staff Appraiser II at the Amador County Assessors office. (For that reason, Gold Country Appraisals does not perform real property appraisals in Amador County.) Prior to becoming an appraiser, Rich was an Information Technology professional for various large companies in Folsom, including Intel Corporation and Health Net, Inc.

Sheila Pember

Sheila Pember is a residential appraiser trainee and business manager for Gold Country Appraisals and AMCListing.com (www.amclisting.com). Formerly, Sheila held the position of Director of Communications at a Fortune 500 company in Rancho Cordova where her career spanned nearly two decades.
